Delivery takes on average 2 – 3 days using the courier.

When delivered to the school, orders are from the previous week (Monday- Friday) will be delivered as follows. The cut off for Friday is 12h00.

Blouberg Campus: Monday
Hout Bay Campus: Tuesday
Helderberg Campus: Wednesday.
As per our policy, no items are allowed to be collected directly from the warehouse.

Once you’ve successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to your email address used on the order to say that your order has been placed. If you haven’t received an email from us – ensure that your email address is correct or check your spam folder.

Yes, school PE kit is to be worn for all Extra-Curricular Activities. Match Kit should be worn for interschool matches with the school tracksuit worn on top if required.
When representing the school students must wear their numbers one uniform unless otherwise specified.
We ensure that all products are of high quality before they are delivered to customers. Should your item be defective then please return it to the school. All defective item returns are to take place within 14 days of delivery. A replacement item will be sent to you accordingly.

Please note in order to place an exchange request on the system, the item first needs to be brought to the school.

If you already have your item and are wanting to exchange, please first drop off the item at the school where items will be collected once a week. Once you have brought back your item to the school, please proceed with submitting an exchange request on our system. Once your exchange request is approved, your new item will be sent to the school for pickup in 1 week. Swimwear is not exchangeable. How to get the right fit

To measure your clothing size follow these instructions:

Measure from the heel to the top of the head to determine the height. Height should only be used as a measurement for Kids sizing (up to 13-14YRS).

To get the right size run a flexible tape measure across the fullest area of your chest, holding the tape measure horizontally.

Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, keeping the tape horizontally.

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of the hip, keeping the tape measure horizontally.

Measure from your crotch to the bottom of your leg. Be aware that the inseam measurements are based on a regular inseam.

We have both summer and winter options available, however with our very changeable climate we understand that there are some days in winter where shorts are more appropriate and vice versa. We do not enforce winter/summer uniform.
Monday – Number 1’s for assembly (Blazers, white collared shirts/blouses and ties) Tuesday – Friday – Regular uniform or PE Kit We currently have a one uniform per day initiative in place because of the drought.
Most high street shops stock these items. Woolworths, Ackermans, Edgars etc.

Please note in order to place a refund request on the system, the item first needs to be brought to the school.

You have 14 days to request a refund. Refunds take an average of 5 – 7 working days to process back into your account. In order to request a refund, please refund the item to the school and then place a refund request on the system. Swimwear is non refundable.
